Mystery Customer Insight uses two kinds of cookies and similar technologies.

Necessaryalways on

Required for the site to work: authentication session (Clerk), your cookie choice, and the preview gate. These cannot be turned off.

Analytics & adsoptional

Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads measurement, loaded first-party through Cloudflare, and Microsoft Clarity (aggregated usage analytics such as heatmaps and session statistics). They help us understand traffic, product usage, and campaign performance. Loaded only after you accept; analytics and ads are denied by default (Google Consent Mode v2) and Clarity is not loaded until you consent.
